November BookEnds: The Tricker Shadow by Mangeshig Pawis-Steckly
BookEnds is an award-winning Interactive Multicultural Education Program (I.M.E.) designed to promote reading and an appreciation of books for children grade levels Pre-K through 5.
The program gives children an opportunity to begin or enhance their very own home libraries as each family receives a brand new book to take home. Children must be accompanied and supervised by at least one legal guardian (18 years or older) while attending. Each age-appropriate book centers around different cultures from around the world and is presented in a positive-learning environment.
This free event is held at Seneca’s historic Lunney Museum. Seating is limited.
A Lunney Christmas
Holiday cheer is in the air! Join us for a festive Christmas Drop-In at the Lunney Museum. Come enjoy great food, drinks, and live acoustic holiday music while taking in the gorgeous Christmas decorations throughout the Lunney Museum. There’s no need to RSVP—just swing by whenever you can between 5 PM and 8 PM to celebrate the season with us! Cash bar available.
Whether you stay for a quick greeting or linger to catch up with friends, we would love to share this beautiful holiday experience with you!

Candlelight Tours
at the Lunney Museum
Experience the historic charm of the Lunney Museum like never before. This holiday season, we invite you to step back in time for an exclusive, nighttime guided tour illuminated by candlelight.
Wander through the historic rooms, beautifully decorated for Christmas, as a knowledgeable guide shares the rich history of the home under the soft, festive glow of candlelight. Space is limited to ensure an intimate and magical experience, so reserving your spot early is highly recommended. Tickets will go on sale this November!

Twas the Night Before Christmas
Bring the little ones to the beautifully decorated Lunney Museum for a magical holiday afternoon! Children will get the exciting chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and have their picture taken in a festive, historic setting.
To make the day even more special, each child will receive a holiday goodie bag and a free Christmas children's book to take home and enjoy. This is a completely free drop-in event, so your family can swing by at whichever time works best for you!
